Lose Weight the Right Weigh! with Magnificent Meals

Our 6 week sensible weight loss program incorporates healthy meal preparation, nutrition education and exercise. 

  • The class is led by a Registered Licensed Dietitian who provides individual nutritional assessments and meal plans for participants.

  • There will be confidential weekly weigh-ins with nutrition and goal tracking to achieve the best results.

  • Program includes an 8 week membership to any Cardinal Fitness and a supermarket tour.

  • Weekly meals are prepared during class to compliment your personal nutrition guidelines.

  • Extra incentives include discounts toward your weekly meals with each pound lost.

Party with Magnificent Meals

If you would like to have a private party with your family and friends why not have it at Magnificent Meals and save yourself the trouble of having to party plan, shop or clean up.  Just contact us at 847-516-3355 to schedule a time that works for your group.  We will send you an email invitation to send to all your guests.  This invitation contains instructions for your guests to register online.   We will provide appetizers and nonalcholic beverages for your party and invite you to bring in your own alcoholic beverages (we provide the glasses).

Families in Need:

Magnificent Meals is a touching and heart warming gesture for families and friends who may be going through hard times.  Whether it is a lost job, a sickness or a death in the family, the gift of food is always appreciated in times of need.  If you order a minimum of 6 full sized entrees for a friend or family in need, Magnificent Meals will deliver the entrees free of charge.   ($10.00 savings)


Nutrition Coaching and Consulting:

Magnificent Meals prides itself on the nutritional value of their entrees and are proud to have a Registered Dietitian on staff.  Monica Michalski RD, LDN is the Director of Nutrition at Magnificent Meals and actively participates in menu development and modifications. 

Meal modifications that we currently offer include:
Vegetarian:  We have meat substitutes available to replace the meat in most entrees.  When you prepare your meals, you can also opt to omit the meat all together and add additional vegetables. 

Low fat:  Each month we offer a variety of entrees that are designated as "De 'light' ful" which means they are lower in fat, calories and/or sodium than our typical entrees.  For the remaining entrees, our dietitian is available to work with you one-on-one to reduce the fat and calories in the meals by provididng substitutes or reducing or removing ingredients while maintaining the taste and quality of the original meal. 

Carb Controlled or Diabetic: We provide nutritional information for all of our entrees including the total carbohydrate content.  Modifications can be made to manipulate the carbohydrates to fit with each individuals particular need. 

Low-Sodium:  We already use many lower sodium products but we do add salt to many of our recipes.  The salt can be omitted thus reducing the sodium and other substitutes can be made to further reduce it.
