Q: What is Magnificent Meals?
A: We are an extension of your personal kitchen. We offer many options for all varieties of individuals and families. You can choose to either stop into our facility and essemble entrees from our delicious menu that changes monthly or you can call us and place an order for pick up or finally you can call us and place an order for delivery. The benefit is cost-savings because we can buy in bulk and use extra ingredients, time-savings because we do all the of the pre-shopping, pre-chopping and clean up and health improvement because all of our meals are approved by our Registered Dietitian.
Q: How does it work? Can I just walk in or do I need to make an appointment?
A: Magnificent Meals is a leader in the industry by providing more options to suit your needs. We have walk-in hours everyday and do not require an appointment to assemble meals. We are also open 6 days a week to allow for people to stop in and pick up entrees out of our freezer, get information or ask us questions. We also do not require any minimum meal purchases. Many people stop in after work to make a quick meal to take home and feed their family. It is quicker and cheaper than having to stop at the grocery store and it is much healthier than stopping for fast food.
Q: What can I expect when I arrive to assemble entrees?
A: You will be greeted by one of our friendly and helpful staff members. If this is your first time you will be given one of our "Rookie Cookie" aprons which will alert our staff that you may need a little extra help along the way. You will then be given a quick tour and explanation of how the process works. You will wash your hands, put on an apron and gloves and start having fun assembling tasty and nutritious meals.
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: We supply everything you need to assemble your entrees. We provide pans, freezer bags, ingredients, utensils, cooking instructions and nutrition labels. We suggest you bring a cooler or a large box to take your meals home in and wear comfortable shoes.
Q: How many people do your entrees feed?
A: We offer two sized entrees. We have our family sized entrees which will feed 4-6 people and then we have our "Dinner for Two" entrees which will feed 2-3 people. We have individual sized portions available in our freezer in the store. Options change on a daily basis.
Q: I have some dietary restrictions, do you have special menus for this?
A: While we do not have a separate special menu for different dietary restrictions, we do allow flexibility with the ingredients that go into the entrees. We have a Registered Dieititan on staff who is available to work with you one-on-one to make changes to our current menu to fit any dietary pattern. She also designates certain menu items each month as being "De'light'ful Option" which are lower in fat, calories and/or sodium than our typical entrees.
Q: My life is so hectic I don't have time to come in and assemble meals, what other options are there?
A: For people who are too busy or just choose not to assemble their entrees, we are more than happy to assemble them for you for only $1.50 extra per entree. They can be ordered anytime and a pickup time will be at your convenience. We also offer delivery services. There is a $50.00 minimum order for delivery and a $10.00 delivery charge will be applied. Delivery packages are also available and you can call the store for more details.
